An extensive pool renovation, California Waters brought this over thirty-year-old, competition pool located at Grossmont College in El Cajon, California up to code, including the complete replacement of the mechanical equipment room. The project kicked off by replacing the deck and walkways top coat and waterproofing the existing gutter and cantilevered deck. The original equipment room was completely demolished and upgraded. A new, automated, energy-efficient mechanical system was installed as well as a surge tank, re-circulation system, chemical storage and oxidation systems replacement. To save water and keep the pool cleaner, a Neptune Defender filter was installed.
