A long-awaited improvement to the neighborhood, Ridgeline splash pad breathes new life into Ridgeline Park and has quickly become an activity centerpiece for children and families in this Corona community. With only a 10-week window to meet a summer holiday kickoff ceremony, coordination and communication was key to meeting the city’s tight construction deadline. In addition to the splash pad construction, California Waters amended the 38,000-square foot site with new soil and installed over 26,000 square feet of sod. The project scope included an Equipment structure, surge tank, hardscape paving and lighting. Alongside the splash pad, restrooms, outdoor showers, shade structures and a landscaped picnic area complete with fountains and picnic tables were also added.

“My Community has been so pleased with the Ridgeline Splash Pad. The neighborhood has been waiting for improvements like these for years. Every time I’m at the park or drive by during splash pad hours, I notice families and children in particular, having a great time. Thank you, California Waters and the designers!”
